AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has said that if the moment of Kosovo's accession to the Council of Europe is lost, it is the direct responsibility of the three institutional leaders.
Haradinaj said President Vjosa Osmani, Chief Prime Minister Glauk Konjufca and Prime Minister Albin Kurti, with grants given through a joint letter, pledging that Kosovo would fulfil the obligations that come out of the Brussels Agreement and, according to him, withdrawal from the given word, are not only losses, but not only the worst blow Kosovo can take on the international plan.
