In this squirrel, Krasniqi has reaffirmed the PDK's stance on the need to hold early general elections.
Krasniqi has been constantly calling, during the past few days, the opposition parties LDK and AAK to join votes for the dissolution of the Parliament, but their response so far is not on the grounds that Prime Minister Kurti should resign.
But why are the LDK and AAK holding out votes for the dissolution of the Assembly?
The issue has been addressed by Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy Xhavit Haliti.
Haliti said the LDK and AAK have clear statements and that they are not obliged to take a similar stand with the PDK.
He then indicated that “if Kurt is willing to lead the country to early elections, he has all options”
The two parties -- the LDK and the AAK -- are maintaining roughly the same positions. Neither one nor the other are obliged to take a similar stand with the PDK, they have their own policies and apply them to their own opinions and interests. Their statements and reasonings are public and clear. Just as those who speak in the name of VV are obvious. I believe that if Kurt is willing to take the place to early elections, he has all the options of”
If it doesn't have two-thirds of the vote to force the decision to co-operate, then the next option is the resignation of the government, which even in this case we can go to the polls. Therefore, if Kurti agrees that Kosovo will hold new elections, it has the potential for the president to decide after his resignation according to constitutional obligations” Haliti told Blic newspaper.
He said the aim of the LDK and AAK is to prove that the government is failed.
The goal is to establish that Government is failed to boost the economy, in international reports, but also to have time to prepare for campaign” the deputy said PDK, Xhavit Haliti.
