Article 4
The city's facilities, which have been requested by the central institutions for service delivery.
1. Central institutions conduct administrative functions, various public services and policy implementation in municipalities with the aim of providing services closer to citizens.
2. The central institutions in cases where there is no public space for the exercise of activity are directed at the mayor's request to provide space for municipal objects or other suitable facilities for the exercise of administrative activities.
3. After accepting the application, in the three-30 days term, the mayor is obliged to provide objects, public space for central institutions for provision of services in municipalities.
