Kosovo's New Energy Enterprises as public companies was established in 2018 to support a project to support a new thermal power plant construction project. Since the project has not been implemented and stopped the causes for the company's existence, the Government has been recommended to dismantle the company”, Kurti said.
Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli said the director's paint prepared the company's dissolution.
The NKEC venture is not developing the event for which it was established or any other commercial activity for a while. But they have now dismissed the legal causes for the company's existence, among other things, the arbitrage procedure regarding the Kosova e Re thermal power plant project. In line with instructions from the memorandum's commentary on the decision of 14,06.23, the interim board of directors appointed in that case has prepared the company's dissolution and recommended the shareholder to take the time for voluntary dissolution”, Rizvanolli said.
