Fined by 500 euros the two lawyers who missed the case session “Toka”

For lawyer Adelina Hoxha, her protector, Shaban Syla, said she would no longer be protective of him, reports “Justice Trust”.

To Hoxha, the court pronounced a 500-euro fine, arguing that it has not announced the court that it will no longer be Syla's guardian.

Even for Ilaz Syla's defender, lawyer Haxhi Milaku, the court pronounced a 500-euro fine with the argument that it was absent without reason at the hearing.

For this fines, case judge Arben Hoti announced that lawyers have the right to complaint.

Meanwhile, for accused Palushi, Judge Hoti said that if the same is not justified during the day, a warrant for police conduct for the next session would be issued.

“E for defendant Ndue Palushin, if the court appears it will be in mind if it does not issue the order for conduct accompanied by police”, Judge Hoti said.

At the June 10th, 2022 session, Azem Syla and others have declared themselves innocent in connection with the criminal acts being imposed.

Otherwise, in this case the former Kosovo Democratic Party spokeswoman (PDK), Azem Syla and others are being charged with various criminal acts related to corruption and organised crime.

The defendants are also charged that, in co-operation, through criminal activities, they have deprived Kosovo of social property, including forging official decisions and documents, fraud and other corrupt actions.
