Europe Day, Haradinaj urges EU to lift sanctions on Kosovo

AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj has asked the EU to lift punitive measures against Kosovo.

On Europe Day, he has estimated that this would pave the way for European development and integration processes.

Kosovo is now two decades committed to its goal of being part of the European family. Kosovo citizens deserve full integration into Euro-Atlantic structures! This is a goal that we are designated a state, which is designed to contribute to prosperity, peace, security, and the justice of our continent, along with other countries of Europe. This day highlights the need for EU sanctions to be removed from Kosovo to pave the way for European development and integration processes, especially membership in the Council of Europe.
