The Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime and Crime in Kosovo Police has called for public co-operation in an effort to capture Enver Sekirrakes, whom the Directorate requests on the basis of a authorisation by the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
Police have published a photo and details of Sequirakes, which is currently on the run and convicted of the criminal offence of “in carrying out the serious murder” -- a crime predicted by Article 147, paragraphs 3 and 9, linked to Article 24 of the Kosovo Criminal Code.
