An illegal worker was discovered during a raid at a construction site in Vienna-Magareten on Tuesday. He was doing plaster work on a scale and there were no valid signs of residence, broadcast albinfo.at. But he was not the only one: While police were recording the suspect's records, a surprise occurred: Two illegal workers were also caught hiding on the roof of the house.

All three have handed over their Albanian passports to financial police officers, writes heute.at. Like their colleague, they had no official residence addresses and were without work permits in Austria. A neighbor later reported to the police about suspicious activity on the site roof. There the police found another Albanian citizen, who also had no valid work permits.

After the resident in question denounced the fifth person mentioned, the police have introduced a threat, records albinfo.at. With the help of the lock, another illegal worker was discovered. He was hiding behind a ledge on the wall.
