Developed narcotic plants, seven accused sentenced to 28 years in prison and over 50 thousand euros in fines

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared a conviction court and sentenced him to a total of 28 years in prison with accused Fethi Uygur, Alajdin Ramadani, Filip Misevski, Erol Mark, Alban Maloku, Ertan Dachicq and Milazim Voci, related to the cultivation of 2059 cannabis-like plants sativa, as well as 32kg of other narcotics substances. According to the bias of the accused Wygur, he was sentenced for the criminal work “acquisition, possession, production, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”, with imprisonments of five years, and fines of 10,000 euros.

The accused Ramadani was also convicted of the same criminal work as Wyugur for the duration of five years, as well as penalty of a fine of 10,000 euros.

While accused Misevski, he was sentenced for criminal work “Blerja, possession, production, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”, to prison terms of four years, and fine penalty of 8 thousand euros.

Unlike the accused Mark, he was convicted of criminal work “Bleria, possession, production, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”, with imprisonment for three years, and fine penalty of 5 thousand euros

Likewise, the accused Maloku was convicted of criminal work “Blerja, ownership, production, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”, in prison terms of three years, and penalty penalty of 5 thousand euros.

In addition, the accused Dachic was sentenced for criminal work “Blerja, ownership, production, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”, with jail terms of three years, and fine penalty of 5 thousand euros.

And the accused Voci was convicted of criminal work “Blerja, possession, production, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”, with imprisonment of five years, and fine penalty of 10,000 euros.

In cases of failing to pay the penalty by fines, Judge Isamili said that the sentence would be compensated for prison sentences, counting on them for one day in prison at 20 euros.

All convicts will be accounted for as long as house detention and arrest under prison sentences.

The judge stressed that those charged were continued in the detention measure, as well as domestic arrest and under the measure of detention until the integrity of this act.

Also under trial, accused Wygur, Ramadani, Mishevski, Mark, Maloku, Dacic and Voci all are charged with paying off criminal procedure, within the legal deadline

The prosecution charges the 7 accused with criminal acts “The participation or organisation of the organised criminal group” with regard to “Blerja, possession, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”, as well as cultivating hashish plant, cocaine plant or cannabis plant”.
