These are all the decisions the government made today.

At this important meeting, the Government has taken clear steps towards overhauling banking activity through the adoption of the Bank Bill, which paves the way for promoting a stable financial system.

Similarly, the Government has stressed information security by adopting a set of regulations that determine procedures to verify staff safety, protect classified information in the industrial field, and circulate classified information.

In the social sphere, order has been approved for classification, changing the status of classification, annihilation and destruction of Classified Information. The government has also adopted a regulation that defines coverage of spending on educational, health and rehabilitation services for children with limited abilities, showing commitment to support groups in need.

In the infrastructure sector, the Government has made decisions on expropriating real estate that are needed for realisation of vital projects such as building roads and central squares, as well as supporting urban mobility.

A separate decision has been made by the Government in the area of aviation, adopting the initiative for the Air Services Agreement with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as the Bill for Air Navigation Services and the establishment of the accession commission for key positions in the Kosovo Civil Aviation Authority.

It adopted the Bill for Banks, which aims to regulate banking activity in our country, in order to promote and manage a stable financial system.

Overalled the rule of staff safety procedures for staff Security and Anquence Procedure Procedure, which determines the rules and procedures for verifying the safety of the personnel that it has or may have access to classified information, manage and circulate classified information during the exercise of tasks under the principle “nevoy to know”.

Adopted Order for Classified Information Protection at the Industrial Field, which defines procedures for protecting classified information in the industrial field. The regulation is in line with European legislation, respectively, with the Council's decision on the security rules for protection of classified EU information.

Adopted the Classical Physical Information Security Rule, which defines the procedures for protecting classified information in the industrial field and is in line with EU legislation.

Adopted Order for Classified Information Management and Founding Classified Information Unit. This unit is aimed at creating standards for physical security of classified information for all public institutions, economic operators, providing space where classified information is kept, and creating standards for physical transport of classified information.

Adopted Order for Classification, Change of Status of Classification, Ending and Destruction of Classified Information, which defines the process of classification, degrading, degradation, raising the level, extermination and destruction of information classified by the Classical Authority in the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.

Adopted the Order for Determining Rules and Procedures for Covering Expensation for Educational, Health or Resiliency Services for Child Limited Skills in a Communist. This regulation defines rules and procedures for covering expenses for educational, health, or rehabilitation services for children with limited skills in accordance with their specific needs, in another municipality from where the child lives.

Impersonated Administratorial Guide for the Co-operation of Buildings and Institutions with Nongovernmental Organisations (OJQ) for Realisation of Rights and Child Protection Services.

The Kosovo Privatisation Agency's application for a return of 1,956.62 euros transferred to the Kosovo Republic budget was approved.

The split for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo 27,836 Euro and has approved the Parliamentary Institute's application for additional division of the number of employees for five (5) to implement the memorandum between the Kosovo Assembly and the National Democratic Institute in connection with the establishment of the Parliamentary Institute and advance oversight and transparency in the Parliament.

The establishment of the ad hoc accession commission for the senior governing category, for the position of Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence.

The real estate affected by project implementation is explained for public interest: Construction of Prizren-Tetovo Road, Strazha segment - Key to the <x0m-based Rugova” highway in Prizren South. 

The construction of the Central Square of the City” in Rahovec.

The creation of the spaces for traffic and pedestrian mobility” project in Prizren. Exploited properties are of the former Social Company “Freedom” Prizren and will be used to implement the project in question. 

The Initiative for Linking the Air Service Agreement between the government of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo. This agreement promotes an international aviation system, and given that developments in air services are essential for the economic and cultural development of both countries are recommended its approval.

Adopted the Bill for Air Navigation Services Provider. This bill is aimed at regulating the air navigation service provider, now in the form that responds to the needs of this institution, known to date as the Agency for Air Navigation Services.

Founded the Accession Commission for High Steering Category for the position of Director General of the Kosovo Civil Aviation Authority.
