Court requests police report not to enforce ordinance to bring witness to session

In the absence of witness Liridon Berisha has failed to hold the trial against Hilmi Dud and Remzi Jahir, who is charged with the criminal offense.

Case judge Susan Cerkini said the court has issued a warrant for police conduct to give his testimony, reports “Justice Trust”.

For witness Berisha, the court in advance interrupted the hearing so that the same would be expected to appear to give his testimony, as from the Gjilan Police Station and the witness himself has been told the court that the same will appear.

However, the court of the Cerkini case said that witness Berisha cannot be expected indefinitely, since the case said it would require a report by Kosovo police for failing to comply with the ordinance, while for witness Berisha will repeat the ordinance for police conduct for the next session.

For witness Liridon Berisha, the court will repeat the order for association behaviour and will ask from the Police Station in Gjilan that the ordinance was issued in advance to prepare a written report for failing to implement the ordinance for today's”, Judge Cerkin said.

In this case on October 31st, in the absence of lawyer Fanol Krasniqi had failed to keep the trial planned.

Also, the March 28, 2023, session was postponed in the absence of accused Remzi Jahiri, who had been abroad for health reasons. While the May 8th 2023 session was postponed due to the absence of defendant Hilmi Dudi's defender, lawyer Ramiz Krasniqi, who had been absent due to health causes.

That July 17th, 2023, was postponed in the absence of accused Hilmi Dud, who lacked health causes. Even, the October 12th 2023 session was postponed due to the absence of defendant Hilmi Dudi's defender, lawyer Ramiz Krasniqi, who had been absent due to health causes.

The October 13th 2023 session, however, failed because accused Hilmi Dudci refused to accept deputy lawyer Muhamet Mehmeti.

According to the Special Prosecutor's Act, founded on April 22nd, 2022, Remzi Jahir is charged with exploiting the serious financial state of the injured Valon Malekevic, Drilon Maloku, Liridon Berisha and Valon Krasniqi, giving money in different sums, monthly interest, and accepting money in significantly unproportional sums.

While, for accused Hilmi Dudi, it has been said that from 2018 to October 24, 2019, at the restaurant of “Perol Company” at Fushe-Kosovo, helped indictee Jahiri deliver and take the money for high-injury, in a way that every time the injured have received the money on an indictment device, as well as have returned the money from the accused Jahar, has also been charged by Duduci.
