According to the prosecution, there is doubt that the same victim had been taken by car and allegedly had sexual relations with him in a motel, and that he had also practiced physical violence.
“Victime allegedly has mental development jams, and the same of its family days ago was reported missing”.
“From regional police investigators, the victim was originally sent to the Kacanic Emergency, where medical assistance was provided and then sent for gynaecological examination at the Law Medicine Institute in Pristina”, the prosecution's announcement reported.
The prosecution announced that, within the legal deadline, it would apply for the detention measure's appointment.
