Who is cheating Kosovo pensioners?

Pensioners in Kosovo in recent days have fallen prey to some false information, asking for money in exchange for the profit of a lot of money. At the Association of Pensioners in Pristina, they say they don't know who they come up with such information, that the Government will allocate up to 700 euros to pensioners. [...]
At the Association of Pensioners in Pristina, they say they don't know who they come up with such information, that the Government will allocate up to 700 euros to pensioners.
The head of the Pristina Pensioners' Organisation, Mybera Kasumi, has told of Online Economics, that she too has encountered such false information, which has influenced many retirees to her office and ask to apply for these amounts of money.
I got some information about this kind of action or I don't know what to call it, I'm calling it action, which I don't know who published this fake information, and on April 3rd, the Finance Ministry posted a post and I read it so that pensioners don't get trapped in this fake information. I've met some people who came in and told me they're taking 500 euros, a friend of mine called me a half-hour ago who said she heard that in Mitrovica they're giving 500 euros to the Government, where it should be applied, that's not true. Someone says 500, someone says 700, and someone 200, these are completely lying”, Kasumi said.
She adds that membership in the organisation she heads is done voluntaryly, not by implantation, as called.
Pristina's “Municipal Organisation is the only organisation that has not organised this kind of action, here becoming membership once a year because it's pensioners' clubs, here's the woman's active gathering membership is three times a year. The League of Pensioners of Kosovo has come up with a conclusion that should be members of the municipal organisation, when I came to work in the morning, I have seen the line waiting to be joined. I've also stopped this because this is where membership is done on its own, not being forced, membership and handing over documents, not”, she stressed.
Kasumi expresses surprise over who has such false displays.
We know it's this lie and whoever published this lie, I can't do it anymore, it's just what I care about and I'm looking at who did it, I don't know. I have a meeting of the headship with the Pensioners League, this has been something else in the law is points 12 and 14 according to inflation, there is then a pension increase, but if there's a budget like that, it's been there, and it hasn't been that the Government will give 500 and 700 euros every, it's a” disinformation, Kasumi says.
On this issue, she says there have been contacts even with Kosovo Assembly deputies.
I have been in contact with a parliamentary group, Fatmire Mulhrama-Kollcak and Mimoza Kusari-Lila, and we have talked about this and told me that they have fulfilled it, but elderly pensioners do not know how to read, these may have had to come up with statements even in the media, now the newspaper is not reading it, with a statement. I have read it myself, and I have distributed it so that women can read it and see what the Ministry has written. I've been asked and I've stopped, told you not to run to fix these” papers, Kasumi stressed.
The Ministry of Finance, on Thursday again, has called on all beneficiaries of pension schemes to be careful about the false information being circulated.
According to the MPPT, these reports could constitute fraudulent schemes or even the tendency to misuse personal data of pensioners.
