Passing the course in mediation for the clash, which took place on 13 July in 2023 in the Kosovo Assembly between Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi and deputies of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, does not link with a possible coalition for the new elections.
MP PDK, Hajdar Beqa, who is involved in this attack, has declared that this proposal has come from the court judge, Erol Gashi, and that this has been accepted by all sides.
It's a legal procedure, we've been informed by the judge who has been leading this subject, informed us of the rights we have as accused and as damaged for all parties, and it's been an agreement on all sides to give him a chance to go to intermediation and it's a legal tool and I don't know what's wrong here, that's been the proposal and reconciliation of all parties in procedure”, Beqa said.
MP The PDK, has flatly denied that this case is linked to a possible coalition with the ruling party. The emphasis on this party being ready for elections, while the prime minister sees their candidate, Bedri Hamza.
“It does not concern the coalition, we rather think that Kosovo has lost a new Government, a new prime minister, lost Bedri Hamza to prime minister and I think Kosovo needs elections is in the interest of citizens. As the Democratic Party is now ready for that reason, we have also accepted election dates, but it is not seen that other parties, including the magoranca”, Beqa stressed.
