These heavy images scandalized a portion of the audience, especially animal rights activists.
The Foundation for Animal Rights yesterday has handed over criminal evidence to the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina.
As a result, police have been authorized to launch investigations and the abuser seen in the video has been identified.
According to the Foundation's announcement, the same man was free yesterday, not even questioned by the police.
Meanwhile, today this organisation has announced that, officially, they have been informed that today around 09:50 the suspect has been arrested. And his home was searched out, but the dog who was treated with evil was not found there. At the order of the same prosecutor, he was sent to the holding for 48 hours.
The poor dog is not found and probably either died of severe injuries or was sent somewhere because police have been ordered to arrest the person four days after the abuse of being”, it is said further in the Foundation's post.
The suspected person is Ardit Aliu, son of the firm's owner “Magic Ice”.
