Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia has said that with Bayraktar fears in the inventory of weapons systems, Kosovo is stronger and feels safer in the face of current and evental threats and risks.
Macedonia and KSF commander, Lieutenant General Union Jashari, have visited the Air Systems Unit without Pilot (SAPP) at Gjakova Airport today.
Through a Facebook report, Macedonia said it saw closely the operations of Bayraktar TB-2 drone capacities.
To monitor closely operations with Bayraktar drones conducted by Kosovo Security Force officers, along with KSF Commander Lieutenant General Union Jasharin, visited the SAPP unit at Gjakova Airport. It was there that we met with the operation of the capabilities of the Bayraktar TB-2, demonstrated by the officers of the Air System Unit Without Pilot (SAPP)”, Macedonian wrote.
