The efforts of power to pass the Civil Code will not be easy either, as the controversy the Government will face over this bill is great. And MPs who have voted against it the first time pledge they will do the same every time they turn out for a vote in the Assembly, the Online Economy reports.

One of the MPs considered tougher in this direction, Duda Balje, tells Online Economy that such a bill will never vote. While the theologian says Kosovo is not willing to make such a move, as they refuse to link the issue with membership in the Council of Europe.

The head of the Commission for Human Rights, Gender Equality, for Ungenerated Persons, the Victims of the Sex Violence of War and Petition, Duda Balje, says of Online Economy that every time you brought this bill to the Assembly, it will vote. He even believes that the deputies who first opposed would do the same.

“I hope not that I think it is, many times I've talked about it and I really don't change my attitude from the start I said we're not ready for it and now I think the same way. I don't vote on this. No religion allows this, really, is that most of us are with Islamic religion and I don't believe that no one who has religions as Muslims can leave this and it's no better but still we as politicians, I have to tell you that we're a secular state without any regard for the religion which is very important to me, and I still think that if the prime minister decides to do this now I think is wrong because we don't even believe that we have enough votes inside the hall and I think that we've been against the next time the MP I don't believe that there't change any attitude, and I think the prime minister, as the main member of the Union.

I don't know, but I don't know how you're in the state, what the mood is inside of the house is, and then looking out at the house, and if it's a condition we have a lot of conditions to be part of Europe and I don't believe it's the main condition because most countries in Europe haven't accepted this in the way that we're going to do, Duda Balje.
