No candidate country has ever been asked to undertake so many reforms before it is brought up for debate on membership in this organisation. That is probably why 83 percent of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe voted for the report”, Bakoyannis wrote after the attacks coming from Serbian officials following the report recommending Kosovo membership. / AP/
