The Special Prosecutor, has filed charges in absence against three Serbs with initials L.A., P.B. and M.I., under war crimes allegations in Pristina prison and Lipjan.
The Special Prosecutor reports that “defendant L.A., in terms of the official person of the District Prison in Pristina, during the period of armed conflict, the 1998-1999 war in Kosovo, in Pristina Prison and in the parallel in Lipjan, in association with other prison officials, in co-ordination has carried out the criminal work, with the Civil People's Anti-Plumb” respectively.
Meanwhile, defendants P.B. and M.I., in the quality of official-guarded persons of Pristina Prison and parallels in Lipjan, during the period of armed conflict, the 1998-1999 war in Kosovo, in Pristina Prison and in the parallel in Lipjan, in association with other prison officials, in co-ordination have carried out the criminal work of the Civil People's War.
