35 years in prison for four accused in retrial case for 11-year-old rape

These sentences were announced Friday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina after the subject was turned into retrial by the Court of Appeals.
The “Court of Justice” has reported that the Court of Appeals had returned to retrial and re-establish the criminal case of 11-year-old rape after the Constitutional Court in Pristina on February 24th 2023 had sentenced four E.R. indictees, J.S., G.R., and G.J., while the United States had been acquitted.
The Basic Prosecutor in Pristina, the Department for Mitur, after conducting their investigations and expansion, collection and analysis of evidence, on December 8, 2022 had filed charges against five people: E.R. and U.K., as well as three minors: G.R., G.J., J.S., charged with involvement in the case that occurred in August 2022, to 11-year-old.
“Following indictment, E.R. defendant for criminal acts “The sex services of trafficking victim”, from Article 228 paragraph 7 concerning KPRK's paragraph 1 and “Trafficking with people”, from Article 165 paragraph 2 connect to KPRK paragraph 1, while defendant Sh.K., in charge of criminal work “The sex services of the victim of trafficking”, from Article 228 paragraph 7 concerning KPRK's paragraph 1,”, the report said.
