Today, 25 years are served by the killing of LDK's multi-year-old deputy chairman and deputy of the Republic of Kosovo Assembly, Fehmi Agani.
Agan was killed on May 6, 1999, by Serb invading forces
Agan's figure left a lasting impression on Kosovo's history of independence, the field of education and scientific thought.
Fehmi Agani, one of the founders and leaders of the Democratic League, was killed near Lipjan by Serbs in uniform and armed uniforms.
On May 6, 1999, Agan, along with his family, tried to leave Kosovo by train. On the border with Macedonia, the train turned back, writes the KP. Somewhere near Fushe Kosovo, police stopped the train and ordered everyone to land. Various evidence published in the press says Agan was taken either on a bus along with other Albanian men, or alone with policemen inside a private car. His corpse was found the next day on a muddy road near Lipjan.
In honour of Professor Aganni years ago, his memorial was set up at the Pristina Faculty of Philology court.
From the 1960s, when it was presented with the argument of the right of the Republic of Kosovo until its murder, Agan had put all its creativity into the service of design, argument and realisation of that goal. / EO/
