ZPS wants Peter Shala sentenced to 28 years in prison

At the conclusion of his statements, prosecutor Eva Wyler asked the court to appoint a unique sentence against Peter Shala for 28 years in prison for war crimes as arbitrary detention, cruel treatment, torture, and unlawful murder. “Z The SP demands that the court appoint sentences in coming to the accused for crimes [...]
“The ZPS wants the court to impose convictions on those charged with individual crimes charged with. Points of 1; for arbitrary ban eight years in prison. Point 2; Cruel treatment, 15 years in prison. Points 3; Torture, 20 years in prison. 4th kill point, 26 years in prison. In line with the 1634 rule of regulation, the court appoints a single decision that reflects the entire criminal behavior of the accused. Z The SP wants to be appointed to the accused a single 28-year prison sentence”, prosecutor Wyler said.
According to Wyler, unlike the defence description, Shala has been a person who has made 18 people victims of arbitrary ban, cruel treatment, torture and murder of one of them.
“Defense describes the accused as a simple soldier The KLA, which helped its people fight on the front. Evidence in this issue at our disposal, however, proves that he was certainly another person. A person who has made 18 persons victims of arbitrary ban, cruel treatment, torture and murder of one of them, said the prosecutor.
That is how today's hearing in the court case ended tomorrow with final statements of the victims' defense, later on with Shala's defense.
