Adopted the Military Framework Agreement Bill for Ratification between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, which directly relates to the Government's objectives and priorities, because one of the priorities of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo is the area of defence and security. This agreement also connects with bilateral co-operation between the Republic of Kosovo with partner countries.
Adopted the Bill for Ratification of the Credit Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the Zeza Water Treatment Project at Ferizaj. The main objective of this project is to build a new sewage treatment plant and rehabilitation and expand the sewage network at Ferizaj and Kacanik
Adopted the State Matura Test Bill, which aims to determine the status of the state-run Matura test in the education system of the Republic of Kosovo; Determining content, conditions and the organisation of the state-run Mathura exam and candidate rights; Determining the responsible structures and their competencies for organising the state Matura exam. This bill is of great importance in establishing a fair and secure process for the objective assessment of senior achievements.
Adopted the Bill on Ratification of Amendment No. 1. of the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union for the IPA 2020 Programme. The goal of amending this agreement is to postpone the two-year deadline for implementation of the agreement to ensure the successful implementation of projects that have undergone changes in implementation modes.
Adopted Order for Istanbul and the Seal of the Office of Inspective Inspectors and Organs, as well as for the Kosovo Republic Inspectors' Identification Document. The main issues addressed with this draft regulations are forms, content, equipment and seal usage by the Office of the General Inspector and the inspection organs. The drafting of this draft regulation has consulted the best international practices, those of neighbouring countries and the European Union.
Adopted Administrator Guide for the Conspection Process. The main issues addressed with this Administrative Guide Project are the definition of detailed information rates regarding actions, findings and procedure decisions taken during the inspection.
Adopted Administrative Guide for the Prevention and Prevention of Children's Labour Forms in Kosovo, which defines measures and actions required to be taken by responsible institutions at the central and local level, as well as the responsibility of relevant institutions related to preventing and preventing dangerous forms of child labor. This Administrative Guide specifically classifies tasks that are forbidden and dangerous for normal child development.
Adopted the National Programme for European Integration (PKIE) 2024-2028. This programme is the main national strategic document for implementation of the SAA and other reforms for integration into the European Union. It splits 4,000m euros (fourm euros) for subsidies to housing construction for members of minority communities in municipalities: Northern Mitrovica, Zvecan, Leposaviq and Zubin Potok. After the public call of the Ministry of Management of Local Power for the construction of houses for members of non-party communities who are in serious social and serious housing conditions, MAPL has applied for the allocation of additional resources worth 4m euros, which will be used for 100% subsidisation of the construction of homes for our citizens in four northern municipalities.

Adopted the Final Decision for Additional Exploitation for Public Interest in Real Property Owners and Interest Owners, which is affected by Project implementation: Construction of the Pristina Highway- Gnjilan-Andu the White, Banu-Bresalz Department, Cadastral Zone: Jevovac, Gnjilan County.
Adopted the decision to review further the demand for distribution for public interest in former social property P. St. “Progress” which is affected by project implementation: “Construction of the Pre-prison and Correcting Institution in Prizren” for the Ministry of Justice's needs.
Updated State Strategic List for Double-Used Goods.
Adopted the Strategic Plan for Development of Health Information System 2024-2030, which aims to further develop the health information system in Kosovo. In view of the ongoing impasses, we have been handling this area carefully added by initially enabling the overall assessment of the health information system, through the study of feasibility, finalised at the end of last year, to pave the way for our strategic goals and orientation of development, functioning and integration of the health information system.
Adopted concept-document for the Civil Aviation Field. Through it, increased security of civil aviation flights and adequate air transport arrangements are targeted.
Adopted concept-document for Plant Protection Products. This concept-document envisions creating the framework of transparent, comprehensive and clear rules based on good governance, and in line with international standards focused on long-term precautionary measures for plant protection products.
Adopted program for top sports performance “Super Sportsmen”, which is aimed at supporting the stable athletes of the Republic of Kosovo through their active careers, focusing on high potential athletes to achieve successes in the international sports arena. Over the years, athletes have been the engine of building Kosovo's positive image in the international arena. For this, for the first time, we have developed a program that pays attention and supports athletes along their journey for results and successes.
At this meeting, the Government Cabinet has also been informed of the report on the legality of the acts of the municipalities for January, December 2023, as well as on the Commission Function Report for 2023.
