In the neighbourhood of Bosniaks in northern Mitrovica, everything is ready to begin the voting process for the dismissal of mayors in four northern municipalities.

Today, it will be voted in or against the actual dismissal of four northern Mitrovica mayors Leposaviqi, Zubin Potok and Zvecan.

On the voter list are 46 thousand and 556 citizens, or 1 thousand 461 more, compared to the April 23rd 2023 elections.

For the chairman's dismissal, the option “will need to be surrounded by at least 50 per cent plus one eligible voter in each of the four municipalities in northern Kosovo.

The vote is organised on the basis of administrative instruction from the Kosovo government.
