“There's been a veto, the god of light and coma without that man”, says witness to the triple murder in Glodjan

Later, witness Valdrin Dervisaj was heard, who said that he had learned about the critical night event from a relative who had sent pictures to the social network “Snapchat”, and then he went to the scene.

There he saw fellow villagers and policemen, and after half an hour he said they continued at the bar “24 Mars”, who later said that Halil Mehmetaj's eldest son, Kreshnik, had gone to the bar.

He said that Kreshnik had noticed that he had a nose with bandages from an operation.

Witness Dervisaj said that Kreshnik at the site had gone with the car “Toyota” black coloured, stayed 3-4 minutes and then went home.

He then faced his statement given to the police, where he said Kresnick had been seen in the car “Toyota” white, along with his friends, which he said “probably I said”.

Witness Dervisaj again faced his statement to the police, where he said that “before Kreshnik went home, made sure the police were not controlling the cars and then headed home”, the statement he claimed was true.

According to the indictment filed on May 5th 2023 by the Founding Prosecutor in Pec, defendants Halil, Kastriot and Kreshnik Mehmetaj are charged that on November 26th 2021, in the village of Gllojan, the Decani municipality, exactly on the <x0majl Haradinaj” street, driven by postscriptult retaliation, in co-operation agreement with each other, deprived of three persons, two of them who were children. So, dead, bus driver G. G, as well as students L.H. (17 years old) and G. M (17 years).
