The judge placed Solski's condition at $1.9m, Reuters reports.
Solski denies accusations involving purchases from 2017 to 2021 before becoming agriculture minister in March 2022. Solski resigned Thursday, but technically remains in office until parliament reviews his request for resignation.
He is the first Ukrainian minister suspected of corruption since Ukrainian President Voldymyr Zelensky came to power. The National Anti-Corruption Bureau said the charge was linked to a scheme to gain ownership of state land worth $7.35m.
As it was said, the land was allegedly illegally seized from two state companies and transferred to war veterans on condition they rented some private companies.
Solsky and his lawyer said at Thursday's hearing that he did not benefit from such a scheme.
Solski could face up to 12 years in prison for this charge.
