According to Shmyhal, Ukraine in advance had allocated a $109m budget for the purchase of fears this year.
Ukraine, which is facing Russia's 2022 invasion, has recently expanded the development and production of certain species of fears. In recent weeks, Kiev has also intensified attacks on Russian territory.
The Russian Defence Ministry said on Tuesday that three Ukrainian militant fears have stalled in the Belgorod and Kursk border regions. One woman has been killed and another injured during the Ukrainian fire in the Russian border village of Kosino, said Kursk Governor Roman Starovo.
