Tusk: Poland Won't Accept Migrant Displacement Mechanism

Poland's prime minister, Donald Tusk, said Wednesday that his state would not accept a mechanism for shifting European Union immigrants, despite the adoption of immigration legislation by the European Parliament.

European lawmakers voted on Wednesday for a renewal of the bloc's migration system to cut the length of security and asylum procedures and increase migrants' returns to reduce the unwanted immigration from the Middle East and Africa.
