Pessimist that there will be positive results has been expressed by former dialogue negotiator Lutfi Haziri.

Kosovo and Serbia have given their proposals on how they see the solution to the dinar issue, but at the last meeting in Brussels among the chief negotiators said the parties were far from positioning to reach an agreement.
Adjusting the Central Bank, which went into effect on February 1st by preventing the use of the Serbian dinar, has prompted numerous reactions.
