Today's last day of campaign for North Macedonia presidential elections

Silence begins tonight at midnight, which ends on election day at 7:00, Alsat-M reports.
Despite the silence for presidential elections, the election campaign for the May 8th parliamentary elections will be held and will not end.
Voters in the 7th parliamentary elections will be able to elect one of seven candidates for president, five men and two women.
Two of the candidates are Albanians.
Candidates are current President Stevo Pendarovski backed by LSDM, Gordana Silianovska Davkova from VMRO- DPMNE, Biljana Vacovska supported by Mayta, Maxim Dimitrievski ZNAM, Stevco Jakimovski GROM, Arben Taravari from coalition V LEN and Bujar Osman from the European Front.
The characteristic of these elections is that, instead of Sunday, they will be held on Wednesday, a day declared by the Government as a day of non-work. Also, these elections coincide with parliamentary elections and voter identification will again be with biometric identification.
