Tehran warns it will respond directly if Israel attacks Iranian interests or assets

Iran's IRC leader said that a new “rew” was created after his attack on Israel and that he will now respond directly whenever Israel attacks his interests, assets or people.

“We have decided to create a new equation, which is that if from now on the Zionist regime attacks interests, assets, personalities and citizens, everywhere and at any moment we will retaliate against them”, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard said. (IRGC) Corps Josein Salam told Iranian state television.

“Operation True Promise is an outstanding and very clear example of this new equation,” added Salami.

“Honest confirmation” was the name of Iran's unprecedented attack late Saturday, which without fear and rockets issued in Israel over a five-hour period.

The attack marked a new dangerous turning point in the rapidly expanding conflict in the Middle East, bringing the long-running fight between the two sides to the ground and raising the possibility of a full regional conflict.
