Szunyog criticises Government on the Law for Salaries and Public Officials

The chief of the EU Office in Kosovo, Thomas Szunyog, has again criticised the executive of the Law for Salaries and Public Officials, where he said EU comments were not taken into account. Szunyog said that reform in public administration is the main pillar for EU membership.
It's important that we have an independent administration. Social services such as those with different problems is a problem. Kosovo is working on functioning of independent agencies but needs to accelerate. Kosovo has not taken into account EU conventions. I once again raise the voice for the new Law for Public and Salaries Officials, unfortunately not the” comments, he said.
Meanwhile, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Bardhil Dobra said they are committed to an efficient and accounting administration.
Our government is committed to depoliticizing public administration”, he concluded.
Even GLPS Director Absreast Loxja Stublla said reform is essential for every state.
