Switzerland boosts number of its soldiers in Kosovo

Switzerland is taking over management of the transport company within Kfor, Kosovo. This has become possible thanks to the increase in the quota of SwissI soldiers who have been voted by Parliament, Transmission albinfo.ch.

Currently in Kosovo, 215 soldiers are deployed, twenty more than before, writes Sf.ch. The change from the 49th contingent to the 50th Swisscoy contingent was made Thursday, as was announced by Swiss, the army's preparation centre for its mission in building international peace.

Switzerland has taken over command of the multinational transport company from Austria on 9 March.
