Suspects that power voted in the Parliament on the School Texting Bill: Opposition boycotts Commission

Allegations of a possible scandal in the Kosovo Assembly have increased after the Kurti Government on March 7th brought the Bill for School Texts. In the vote that took place that day, it is suspected that this bill passed without having enough votes. Even Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca even questioned [...]
Today, at the Commission for Education, Science, Technology, Inovation, Youth and Sports, the School Texting Project was considered.
This commission was boycotted by the opposition, with the appeal that they do not participate in the Commission for smuggled law.
Commission Chairman Ardian Gola approved the agenda with no vote against it, while amendments that have been changed along the working group have been adopted. However, no further date was set for the next meeting of the Commission.
What and how did it happen?
MP The PDK, Ardian Kastrati, published a video on its Facebook profile on April 9th accusing the Vetevendosje and Government Parliamentary Group of “volta stolen in the Parliament <x0vot at the site”.
Kastrati has said the Law on School Texts has been smuggled by the main ruling party, saying 61 MPs have not participated in the vote.
This happened. VV stole votes in the assembly. The law on textbooks has been smuggled by the VV. At the moment of the vote it is clearly seen that 61 MPs have not participated in the vote. Even Chairman Glauk Konjufca at the session questioned whether he had enough votes to pass this bill. These images clearly show that more than 60 lawmakers did not participate in the vote, but their number is exactly 60 that means not to meet the legal condition to be considered a fair vote. Despite this violation, the law was ruled as vice-president”, MP Kastrati said among other things.
Periscope on Thursday has sent questions to the Parliament's Administration, however, until the publication of this same writing, they have not responded, despite confirming they have accepted the email.
Periscop also called the vice president of the Parliament from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks, Mrs. Saranda Boguyevci, where her assistant was first notified, promising to return the answer to this. After a couple of hours, the same thing said to us “but I'm sorry, but the vice president couldn't answer”.
During the day, Periscop tried to speak to the head of the LVV Parliamentary Group, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, but the same did not answer the call.
While the chairman of the Commission for Legislation, who is also LV deputy Adnan Rrustemi, told us to send written questions. After sending questions, the same until the publication of this text has not been answered.
What will happen to the bill that was allegedly passed to the Assembly by 60 votes remains to be seen continuing... /Periscopi/
