He agreed with Ukrainian President Voldymyr Zelenskiy that Kiev needs more weapons as Russian forces advance.
“Ukrainian has been occupied for months, forced to ration its ammunition... But it is not too late for Ukraine to prevail”, the secretary general said. NATO at a press conference with Zelensky, reports Agence France-Presse (AFP).
He said the months-long delays in US military assistance to Ukraine had “serious consequences on the battlefield”.
