After holding a hearing and analysis of the subject papers, the judge of the RS Department's preliminary procedure has assessed that there is a well-founded suspicion that international arrest warrant has been issued by Interpol at the request of March 7th 2022th of the state of Northern Macedonia, due to the criminal offense that has been envisioned under the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, Article 173 of the KPR.
