The UN Security Council will meet at 4: 00 a.m. on Sunday after Israel asked to condemn Iran's attack and appoint the Revolutionary Guard a terrorist organisation.
US President Joe Biden has said he will call a meeting of G7 leaders to co-ordinate a united diplomatic response” to Iran's attack.
Italy, which currently holds the rotating G7 presidency, has reportedly called for a virtual meeting to discuss the attack, reports The Guardian.
Iranian news agency Fars quoted a source as saying Tehran was closely watching Jordan, which could become the next target in case of any Israeli support movement.
