The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, announced today that after the investigative action company and the collection of additional evidence, the prosecutor has issued a ruling on the ban.
So, suspected Mirvette Bayraliu, was escorted yesterday to the police station, where he was interviewed by police investigators, and then released and the case went to regular procedure.
Today, however, the same has been invited back by police, with additional statements concerning the case.
After completion of the procedures, Bajraliu was sent to the hold due to criminal acts “Canosja” and “Equipment”.
The prosecution has suggested that a suspect person involved has been interviewed.
