The prosecution reports the defendants L.T., O.V. and I.M. along with the defendant M.I. Who is on the run, operating in the group have committed criminal work “
The prosecution reports the defendants L.T., O.V. and I.M. along with the defendant M.I. which is on the run, operating in the group has committed criminal work “Blery possession of distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope or analogo”.
Subsequents M. H, S.H.D. and F.K. are charged with committing criminal work aid in carrying out criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope or analogs” by Article 267 paragraph 2 related to Article 275 paragraph 1 subparagraph1 and 1.9 related to KPRK's Article 33. Meanwhile, the defendants L.T. and O.V. are also charged with criminal activity “maintaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” from Article 366 paragraph 1 of KPRK.”
This case has to do with the encrypted action “Reflexor” and it's related to the drugs seized at Elez border point in February 2022.
Police and prosecutors had officially announced that 83kg of 592 grams of heroin have been seized at the border checkpoint in Han, Elez. Among those arrested were Turkish citizens.
