The prosecution charges a murder 21 years ago near Gjakova

According to the indictment, the defendant D.L., by d.12.03, about 09:00, in the village of Raça, the Gjakova, near the store “V...”, deliberately stealing from the life of N.N., at the age of 47, from the village of Raça, the Gjakova municipality, in the manner that because of his father's murder, 12 years ago, the defendant of life felt the N.N. L.L., waits for him to notice he walks out of the shop from the nearest shot at him 28 times in different parts of the body, and when the victim falls to the ground, the defendant again shot at the victim's head, causing multiple gunshot wounds to the head, chest and limb, from the wounds received the victim has remained dead at the scene.

The defendant from the time he carried out this criminal offence has been on the run. The same has been arrested by international arrest warrant and extradited by the US to Kosovo.

The prosecutor of the case in the case of setting up the indictment has proposed to the court that the defendant plead guilty and be punished according to the law for criminal acts that are being charged.
