The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica has filed a request for the detention assignment for suspect Q.M., Kosovo Tax Administration inspector in Mitrovica.
The reported release for the media is said to have been made after there is suspicion based on having committed criminal work “The bribe taking”, and the S.S., from Novi Pazar, due to suspicion of carrying out the criminal act “The bribe divorce”.
“I suspect Q.M., ATK inspector in Mitrovica, allegedly on April 24th 2024, in the customs terminal parking lot in Mitrovica, as an official person has directly accepted the amount of money of the centimatere (135) euros in order not to act in accordance with his official task”.
“The suspect S.S., allegedly with the aim of facilitating the procedures for the release of goods, gives the official person a gift of 135 euros, all with the aim of not complying with his official task”, the report said.
The hearing for the appointment of detention measures against defendants is expected to be held on Friday, April 26, 2024, near the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica.
