Final statements in the Shala case will be held on April 15th and 16th.
The <x0nd>Rendi of the day, which may have changes during the hearing under court decisions, stipulates that the SPS closing statement will be held on 15 April and 16 April, followed by the defender of the victims (April 16th) and protection (on April 16th and April 17th)”, the DrsK report said.
The protection of Shala's closing statements will be heard on 16 April and 17 April.
While for comments, questions, hearings to Shala are scheduled to be heard on April 17th and 18th.
The last day will end with the hearing of the concluding statement by accused Peter Shala, but that the session scheduled for April 19th will be held.
Shala was arrested on March 16, 2021 by Belgian authorities. As his transfer to Kosovo's Specialised Chambers took place on 15 April 2021.
Shala at the start of the trial against him had said whether the charges against him were “fabricated”.
