Peja Prosecutor's spokesman Shkodran Nikci told Express that the prosecutor and police are at the scene.
“North Crimes Prosecutor and Kosovo Police with the Radical Unit are at the scene. It's suspected that a driver was deliberately hit by a car. The victim died as a result of injuries caused by the car hit. Suspect is sought by Kosovo Police”Nikki said.
