A person has been arrested in connection with the tragic case of the death of 23-year-old Ukrainian Olena Kozi on the “Arba Xhaferi” highway, in February.
The signal has learned that the arrested person allegedly was with the victim in his car at night.
To him, the State Prosecutor has already issued a police ban warrant, under the suspicion that he has committed a criminal act “not to avoid an invasion of risk”.
Signal sources have suggested that as a result of the investigation launched by Regional Investigations in Ferizaj in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor, it was found that the suspect had left the victim on the highway and then hit a vehicle.
