K Institute Director IPRED, Lulzim Peci, has said that if the draft Association statute is not submitted to the Constitutional Court before 16 May, there will be consequences for Kosovo.
According to him, Serbia will advance to the advantage.
”E lose the chance to enter the Council of Europe, will have numerous consequences for Kosovo. Serbia will again advance”, Peci said at RTV21.
A clear statement that the Association will be sent to the Constitutional before May 16,”, Peci said.
He has further added that if a” Association unit is not sent to the Constitutional Court before May 16th, it will not be voted against KiE membership, but membership will not enter either in the order of the day”.
