The Democratic League of Kosovo(LDK) and the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) have said that the Kurti Government will again withdraw from the decision on the Serbian dinar issue, even though the prime minister has promised that no proposals would be accepted that are contrary to the BQ regulation, the Online Economy reports.
Of these parties have said that the government's non-co-ordination with the Allies on this issue will create great costs in the future and that it will increase the demands of establishing the majority Serbian Commission Association and the competencies that this association will have.
The chairman of the Commission for Public Finance Supervision, Hykmete Bajrami, for EO has said that since Vetevendosje Movement's coming to power in Brussels, only Kosovo's internal affairs have been discussed, according to her, seeing this historical, the government will also withdraw from promises given to this regulation.
The “that LVV has come to the government has not been discussed at all in Brussels with Serbia except for the internal issues of Kosovo and, of course, by looking at the history and flow of events in the past three years, it is likely that the government will withdraw even for that. But I believe the question that we have to ask ourselves in this case is what the benefits are and what are the costs that Kosovo has paid over this whole period with the dinar issue” it has said.
Bajrami has said that the Kosovo government with its experiments has enabled Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq to play the victim's role in the Security Council, on the day when the European Parliament had voted the resolution to manipulate elections in Serbia.
“We have seen that the matter of regulation and the dinar issue became an issue at the moment when we had regular bankruptcy of the Commercial Bank of Serbia due to its purchase of shares by the NLB bank from Slovenia. I naturally believe that using the dinar in Kosovo with the closure of the Commercial Bank was expected to fade to the maximum, politicised an issue, we had a meeting at the Security Council. Just on the day the European Parliament votes a resolution to manipulate elections in Serbia. In the meantime with the Kosovo Government's experiments, we enabled Vuciq to play the victim's role on the Security Council that day. I consider it costly for Kosovo and it was extremely, I have seen the most regrets of all criticism since international officials at the Security Council in this case have been taken by Kosovo”, she has said.
The LDK MP has said that as a cause of this matter the Kosovo government is unjustly portraying itself as a government working against the Serb community.
According to her, even though this regulation is in effect, in four northern municipalities it still has the use of the Serbian dinar.
Because of the dinar issue for the first time I consider the Kosovo government, I consider that without justice, but that doesn't matter at all, it is being portrayed as a government that is working against the Serb community, and this has more dedicated to Kosovo extremely much. Now these guys may insist that the regulation will not be changed, but you know that only a week after these admitted that the implementation of the regulation of this transitional phase of three months. I've also seen reports, but I still consider that if you go to four northern municipalities there you use the dinar. I consider that such an issue has been able to be adjusted in co-ordination with the United States, with the state of UNINT and a little bit more gradual, so that I'm still telling the government not to be wrongly portrayed as a government that is fighting the Serb community, because I think it's not good for our country. It's going to create huge costs in the future, there are demands related to the establishment of Association, but also the competencies he'll have in terms of monetary issues”, she said.
Public Finance Supervisor Commission member Hajdar Beqa has said that the government by withdrawing from the decisions it makes is creating irreparable damage to the country.
I actually didn't take the majority statements seriously because we're seeing something else being discussed. I think that this government in the absence of vision, lack of a strategy to strengthen reports with partners, even those bridges that have been connected between Kosovo and friendly states, one form or another have hurt them. So this government regretsly says it's getting us into some situations that when they're backed up is creating damage to the country and that damage is too irreversible. The government is neither stable in statements nor attitudes, and these will continue with that itself”, he said.
He has said this issue at this stage is difficult to manage, according to him, the government has had to make prior to the action a sebilisation of opinion where neither one would be harmed in this way.
I don't see it stable and I believe that this is a question that should not be mixed with politics with the prime minister. But first you're the doc popular, and now you've been turned into one form or another, unfortunately, a career goal for both the prime minister and the country. I think it's hard to manage at this stage because it had to be before the action to make a sense of opinion that doesn't hurt anyone anymore and at the same time agree with partners such as the United States and EU states”, he said.
MP The PDK has stressed that Prime Minister Kurti is using the country's north for political points, not considering the consequences it is causing the country.
The “E sees the prime minister withdrawn, in all the causes, even if we take him in the past, or his way to come to power is that if we translate them into the cause of how he came to power it has all given up. Even from the Association, we'll see about the dinar. He's trying to use the north for political points, unfortunately I'm not putting his pencil on how much it's hurting the country. We are seeing that the security situation in the country is bad, citizens are losing lives both in Pristina and other cities, and I think we should focus on the entire Republic of Kosovo”, he said of the EO.
On Thursday 4 April in Brussels, the next meeting is expected to be held towards finding a solution to the dinar issue among top negotiators, Besnik Bislim and Petar Petkovic.
