“Padia for genocide at KiE”, Gruda i PDK tells Haxhi that this indictment is being filed

Progress of Gruda The PDK, which is educated and works specifically for the work of justice, has reacted to Ministers Albulen Haxhiu, who during the day said that Kosovo will sue Serbia at the Council of Europe for genocide.

Gruda said this has no grounds. Even according to him, the whole disorientation is becoming deliberate, because now is the time when institutions are expected to submit the Zajednica draft to the Constitutional Court.

The justice minister declares something that has no professional basis. The genocide indictment should be held at the International Court of Justice (if possible), not in the mechanisms of the Council of Europe, such as the European Court of Human Rights.

It's been over three years and they haven't taken a step towards genocide lawsuit. Now that they want to submit Zajednica's statute to the Constitutional Court, they try to create as much uncertainty in public as possible by talking about the indictment without any professional grounds.
