New OSCE Chief Ian Borg, has confirmed that progress must be made in the dialogue.
He, at a media conference following his official visit to Kosovo, has said he must have implementation of agreements reached so far between Serbia and Kosovo.
“We discussed the potential of dialogue facilitated by the EU, the issue of security and stability throughout the region. There must be implementation of the agreements reached. We support dialog”, Borg said.
