Former Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has responded to Prime Minister Albin Kurti's propaganding post, which was trying to make Thaci's Mustafi guilty of the agreement he himself has accepted involving “Zajednica”.

Mustafa in his post said that “Kurti would need to know that the Constitutional Court has not addressed the 2013 Agreement, which has been ratified in the Assembly with over 2/3 of MPs”.

On the other hand, Mustafa said that “Pika 7 of Mr. Kurti installs the Serbian community's territorial political autonomy, autonomy limits and access to the country's constitutional order (as defined by draft statute)”.

The complete post of Isa Mustafa:

Dear friends,
Commenting on the 2013 Agreement and the Text for Principles of 2015 Kurti, in his writing published today in the Express, writes that the “Constitutional Court in its decision said the first competencies for the two agreements violated the principles of the Constitution, the multiethnic character of the state and seriously violated the judicial order”.
Kurti should know that the Constitutional Court has not addressed the 2013 Agreement, which has been ratified in the Assembly with over 2/3 of MPs' votes. Hence, he has not described her as violating the principles of the Constitution. The truth is this. The court, at the request of President Jahjaga, has addressed only the 2015 principle document. Act on Rusty No. K0130/15, Pristina, December 23, 2015 No. ref. : The following: Points II: CONSTTAY that the Association/Unibility of municipalities with the Serb majority will be established, as envisioned in the First Agreement, ratified by the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo and proclaimed by the president of the Republic of Kosovo. Thus, nowhere does it prove that this agreement violates the constitution, but it is said that association will be established under this agreement.
At point III. IT IS reported that the Principles, as; have been inaugurated in “Association/Recognition of the majority Serb municipalities in Kosovo - General Features/Eences key” are not entirely compatible with the spirit of the Constitution. Nowhere is the Constitution found to have been violated, but those principles “are not entirely” (so not entirely) in line with the spirit of the Constitution.
In the outcome of the act, point six. 38 says: “Gjykata notes that the judicial act and the Status, as well as its amendments, will be reviewed by the Constitutional Court”. If the 2015 document was a violation of the Constitution, then how would the obligation be issued from this document (point 2 and 21) for dealing with the Constitutional Court of Stattu and the changes in Statu. Or Mr. Kurt is interested in declaring this unconstitutional to avoid handling the statute in the Constitutional Court.
However, violating the Constitution is Mr. Kurti
Kurti writes in this article that the past “Vitin has reached a New Bazic Agreement which, on the one hand, brings mutual de facto recognition and normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, and on the other, through Article 7, addresses the findings of the Constitutional Court to the Association”. He's wrong! In fact, this New Bazic Agreement renounces mutual recognition (recognition de jure), called Resolution 1244, and Kosovo's independence status made it unacceptable to the parties? Point 7 of Mr. Kurti installs the Serbian community's territorial political autonomy, autonomy limits and archerage to the country's constitutional order (as defined by draft statute). The Serbian Orthodox Church guarantees the officialism of its status, which is neither less nor more than exsterritority, or state in the state.
I never heard the Constitutional Court ask for this!
As for de facto recognition and normalisation, this “proved” Serbia's last days. In Strasbourg, at the EC, Kosovo considered it “to be, is and will be Serbia's”, meanwhile yesterday it tortured, arrested and prevented the free movement of citizens from Kosovo. Prior to that, Banjsko attempted to recognise Kosovo's de facto independence with terrorists armed to the teeth with military arsenal. IM
