The 18-year-old from Podujevo, Lulzim Feyzullahu, died on January 20th this year after being brutally beaten by two minors. He had been in Intensiv for six days, but he couldn't afford the severe injuries he had suffered. The suspects are currently in custody, until the prosecution has said that several days ago they submitted to the Court the proposal to pronounce the prison sentence for two minors.
On January 20th, Lulzim Feyzullahu died in Central Medicine as he was standing there for about six days as a result of injuries he had suffered from brutal beatings. Currently, two people are suspected of the case and of the same are staying in custody.
Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's spokeswoman, Laureta Ulaj, has said that on March 25th they have submitted proposals to pronounce prison sentences for two minors.
They are suspected of criminal activity “grave murder” in co-ordination.
“
All history is suspected to have occurred because of the dispute over the barber. This is confirmed by the uncle of the deceased and the first suspect.
This is where the words are pushed. No, you're shaving in front of me, not who you are, not who I am. This is why. The guy's out, he's got the jackne, he's going away. At the door they come out there with their wings. As Albanians have the habit of pushing, why did I push you. He's got them shaved, but these guys followed him in the car, the videos are from police”, his uncle declared.
“E object to the request for the detention measure, myself have surrendered to the police I went to the hospital and told the police myself I am a butcher, I am not trying to escape, the dispute had taken place the day before that, because L., I had been caught in the barber's sand, and I have been reviled by”, the first suspect before the court had declared.
While the second suspect had refused to impose the detention measure, since according to him “has done nothing”, the Justice Vow reports.
I'm not about this kind of work that's going on, I'm a student, I'm a critical day, I'm just trying to separate and that two times”, the second minor had declared.
Before the 18-year-old died, police had initiated the case as “attempted murder” until it was said the two suspects stabbed the victim. But then came the images, where no knives were used, but the suspects hit him with a stick.
After that, the Police Inspectorate had launched investigations into eventual violations by police officials. On May 26th, the IPK had announced that there was a release in the 24-hour report, but has not damaged the integrity of the investigation. But the IPK had said it initiated disciplinary procedure against the responsible official.
“However, assessing the sensitivity of the case and the uncertainty that this release has created in the publication of the 24-hour report, The IPK has initiated disciplinary procedure against the responsible official and will be prosecuted at the Directorate responsible for disciplinary investigations within the Kosovo Police”, the report said.
